We support a warm and positive community based on individual responsibility, where there is an appreciation of individual differences and a respect for individual rights.
Research has shown that students who live on campus do better academically due to easy access to campus academic support resources.
In addition, living in close proximity to other students who are taking the same classes helps to develop social networks where it is easy to collaborate and organize study groups.
Understanding that college often provides the first experience for students to live away from home, our staff is trained to help make that transition as easy as possible for you.
RIC is welcoming! From its green pathways dotted with sculptures and meeting spots to its ready-to-help faculty and staff, you'll quickly come to see RIC as home.
